Herzl (23 m²)

Located on the first floor, west-facing. This is a small separate one-room apartment/studio apartment or a double room with a kitchenette integrated in a cabinet (with a small fridge, without a dishwasher).

It can also be used ideally as a guest room for the apartment Festtagsgwandl (possibly also Wolfgangiflascherl or Brunnwinkl) for friends, grandparents, older children, nannies, etc.

The “Herzl” is a matter of the heart …

It offers a private, small, cosy garden spot to have meal outside. West-facing.

Upon furnishing all apartments, today`s amenities have been taken into account, such as bio-latex mattresses for a healthy night’s sleep, underfloor heating on marble tiles and towel radiator in the bathroom, additional blackout blinds, natural materials such as wood floors, linen and cotton.

For shorter stays (< 3 days) the next higher price category will be applied; Price Cat. I will be applied at the prolonged weekends (Thu-Sun) during Advent time. 

Small children up to 4 years are free.

Prices excl. local tax (€ 2.10 per adult/day), washing machine and tumbler (€ 3 per usage), and
final cleaning (€ 20).

We offer a discount of 5% for stays longer than 2 weeks, and 10% for stays longer than 4 weeks.
